Buy Mice is a workshop which offers twice a year, in Rome and Milan, the opportunity to the best conferencing facilities and service companies of the Mice world to meet major event organizers openly interested in their offer. Rome and Milan are the two places with the largest concentration of companies, institutions and agencies, and where the organization of meetings and incentives is the most intense of Italy. Participation in Buy Mice guarantees meetings with a large number of high budget buyers that Ediman is able to bring to the events.

THE FORMULA
Duration: 1 day, from 3 pm to 10 pm
Maximum number of exhibitors: 50
Number of buyers attending: 200-250
Average number of meetings per exhibitor: 15

From 3 pm to 8 pm each exhibitor will be dedicated to the meetings with buyers that during pre-accreditation declared explicit interest in meeting him. The meetings will not have a scheduled duration, and their sequence will be managed by the organization and by the hostess staff who will optimize the buyers partecipation. At 8 pm, to close the event, an aperitif will be served to buyers and exhibitors: a further opportunity for strengthening mutual knowledge.
